Overview

BOATLOADER™ products are built to the highest quality standards. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and in accordance with your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

  • Administration Fee: A $30 processing and administration fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Condition & Inspection: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts, hardware, and components.

  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item to confirm all parts are present and undamaged. Once confirmed, your refund (minus the $30 admin fee and initial shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

All returns must be approved by us before dispatch.

Faulty or Defective Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described.

You may request a remedy if:

  • The product has a major manufacturing fault or defect.

  • The product is significantly different from what was advertised.

  • The product is unfit for its intended purpose.

  • The item arrives damaged through no fault of your own.

For major failures, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. For minor issues, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

  • Items returned missing parts not due to our error.

  • Promotional vouchers or gift cards.

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via our online contact page to obtain pre-approval and return instructions.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all parts and proof of purchase are included.

  3. Send the item to the provided return address using a tracked shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Warranty

In addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law, BOATLOADER™ offers a Lifetime Warranty on all stainless steel components, covering defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use.
