Q: What is the Boatloader™ System?

A: The Boatloader™ is a ramp-side launch and load guide mechanism that mounts directly to your trailer’s winch post. It guides your bow straight and secures it safely, allowing you to launch and load your boat solo without getting your feet wet.

Q: Will the Boatloader™ fit my boat?

A: Yes. It is universally compatible with the vast majority of aluminium and fibreglass boats up to 9 metres, attaching directly to standard bow eyes and winch posts. If you run a specialty hull like a Webster Cat, please reach out to us first for a custom mount recommendation.

Q: Do I need to modify or drill into my boat?

A: No drilling is required into your hull. The system uses your existing winch mount and bow eye setup with basic hand tools. 

Q: Will the Boatloader™ fit my trailer?

A: Yes. The vast majority of boat trailers feature a horizontal winch mount or an upwards-facing angle mount, and the Boatloader is engineered to accommodate both

Installation & Setup

Q: How hard is it to install the Boatloader™ myself?

A: Most customers complete the installation in 30 to 60 minutes using basic household tools. Each unit includes high-grade stainless steel hardware and clear, straightforward instructions.

In some cases, two holes may need to be drilled into the winch mount if pre-existing holes aren't suitable. You can easily mark the spot using the Boatloader catch, then drill through the metal using a hardend 14mm drill bit.

Q: What tools will I need for installation?

A: You will need standard spanners, sockets, and in some cases, a power drill with a 14mm metal-boring drill bit.

A: We use rugged, marine-grade 316L stainless steel combined with high-density, impact-resistant components to prevent rust and ensure maximum longevity against salt corrosion.
