Installation

BOATLOADER™ and EASILAUNCH™ are designed to be easy to install and compatible with most boats. Check our boat and trailer compatibility page for the types of boats and trailers we're confident will fit. If your boat isn't on the list, give us a call or send a note through our contact form so we can provide feedback before you purchase, or make any small modifications (free of charge) to suit your setup when we assemble your order.

In most cases, a quick install only requires 4 bolts.

The hook that attaches to your bow eye or bow handle is universal. Installation simply requires bolting it securely, using the J-bolts we provide, to your bow eye or bow handle, preserving the integrity of your boat's structure.

Note 1: If purchasing online, make sure you select the correct hull type (mono-hull or cat) so we can include the correct angle attachment for your bow eye or bow handle.

The trailer mount comes with pre-drilled holes, so for most trailers, all you need is a spanner to attach it to the winch mount on your trailer with the bolts we provide.

Note 2: Please ensure you select the correct mount type and boat type when placing your order. Refer to the product images for guidance on choosing the appropriate mount. Additional postage costs will apply for returns and reshipping if the wrong product is ordered.

In some cases, you may need new holes drilled in your trailer, using the BOATLOADER™ latch as a template to drill matching holes.
